Ed Knollmeyer

Ed Knollmeyer has served as the Assistant Vice President of Management Services and Director of Risk and Insurance Management at the University of Missouri System since 2007. In this role, Ed Knollmeyer oversees key departments, including Records Retentions and Management, and is responsible for Enterprise Procurement, MU Police, and MU Environmental Health and Safety. Ed Knollmeyer develops and manages a comprehensive Risk and Insurance program for a $3.5 million enterprise and implements university-wide risk management protocols. Prior to this, Ed Knollmeyer worked as the Director of Risk and Insurance at Liberty Mutual Insurance from March 1988 to January 2007, following a position as a Claims Manager. Ed Knollmeyer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned between 1982 and 1986.
