Munolwisho Ipangelwa

Munolwisho Ipangelwa, MBA, LLM, currently serves as a Legal & Energy Advisor specializing in Green Hydrogen at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, providing advisory support to the Ministry of Mines and Energy. Concurrently, Munolwisho holds positions as a Council Member at the National Commission on Research, Science and Technology (NCRST) and a Non Executive Director at IntraHealth Namibia. Additionally, Munolwisho contributes to academia as a Part-Time Lecturer & Tutor at the University of Namibia's Faculty of Law.
