C.K. Duryea is the Senior Director of Gift Planning at the University of Nebraska Foundation. Duryea has over 25 years of experience in philanthropy, with a focus on gift planning. Prior to joining the University of Nebraska Foundation, Duryea served as the Senior Executive Director of Gift Planning at World Vision US, where they assisted philanthropists with charitable gift planning, including charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts, charitable gift annuities, life estates, bequests, beneficiary designations, and gifts of security and real estate.

Duryea has also held positions as the Divisional Director of Planned Giving for The Salvation Army and the Director of Planned Giving for the University of Nebraska Foundation. In their most recent role as Vice President of Gift Planning for the Nebraska Methodist Hospital Foundation, they were responsible for all aspects of gift planning, including donor stewardship, program development, and staff management.

Duryea began their career in philanthropy as a Legislative Aide for the Nebraska Unicameral. C.K. later served as the Director of the Lincoln Arts Council.

C.K. Duryea received their Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and their BA in English from the same school. They also attended Leadership Omaha.
