Emily Calvert

Emily Calvert serves as the Director of Legal Services at the University of Nebraska Foundation since April 2017, overseeing contract management and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Calvert previously held roles within the Foundation, including Assistant Director of Legal Services and Assistant Director of Funds Management, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating gift agreements and managing fund transfers. Prior experience includes serving as a Bank Examiner for the State of Nebraska and working as a Law Clerk in both state and foundation settings. Emily Calvert holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
