Alisha Hanshaw

Alisha Hanshaw serves as the Assistant Dean for Graduate Enrollment and the Director of Graduate Enrollment at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln since September 2015. Prior to this role, Alisha held various positions at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, including Title IX Investigator, Interim Director of Residence Life, and Associate Director of Residence Life, demonstrating expertise in student support and misconduct adjudication. Additional experience includes roles as Associate Director for Undergraduate Recruitment Operations and Residence Life Coordinator, with a focus on recruitment, student development, and community management. Alisha's educational background includes a PhD in Educational Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master's in Counseling and Student Development from Kansas State University, along with a Bachelor's in Organizational Communications from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
