Paige Knebel is an accomplished culinary professional with a diverse background in recipe development, culinary management, and event coordination. Currently serving as Chef de Cuisine for Culinary Development at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Paige leads the creation of innovative culinary concepts and collaborates closely with dining management. Previous experiences include positions at Grey Dog Media USA, where Paige developed and tested consumer recipes, and a progression of roles in test kitchen management. Additional experience encompasses culinary roles at Big Grove Brewery and Hy-Vee, Inc., as well as event management positions with the Alzheimer's Association and Cure SMA, showcasing strong organizational and leadership abilities. Paige holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Public Relations from Coe College, an Associate in Culinary Arts from Kirkwood Community College, and completed a certificate program in Entrepreneurship at the University of Iowa.
