Andrew Clinger

Andrew Clinger currently serves as the Vice President of Administration and Finance at the University of Nevada, Reno, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Clinger was the Chief Financial Officer for the Nevada System of Higher Education from December 2018 to June 2023. Clinger has also served as a Senior Advisor in the Governor's Office for the State of Nevada and as City Manager for the City of Reno between June 2011 and October 2016. Additionally, Clinger held the position of Director for the Department of Administration for the State of Nevada from January 2006 to June 2011. Clinger earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno, where studies occurred from 1988 to 1995.
