Jarvis Cooper

Jarvis Cooper is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and leadership development. Currently serving as Affiliate Faculty at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill since October 2015, Cooper designs and facilitates workshops for leaders across various organizational levels. As President and CEO of Envision Organizational Consulting Inc since January 1998, Cooper focuses on fostering effective leadership by inspiring personnel to achieve business objectives. Previous roles include Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Cummins Engine Company from January 1997 to January 1998, and Business Unit Training Manager and Distribution Center Manager at Michelin Tire Corporation from January 1986 to January 1997. Cooper holds a degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
