Margaret A. Diddams

Dr. Margaret Diddams is the editor of the Christian Scholar’s Review, the premier journal for scholarship that advances the integration of Christian faith and learning. She is also the principal consultant with The Diddams Group, which is dedicated to building strong Christian leadership teams aligned with their institution’s strategic vision. She has more than 30 years of leadership and consulting experience in serving today’s Christian leaders.

In her most recent position, Diddams served as the Provost and Chief Academic Officer (CAO) of Wheaton College. With oversight of 500 employees, she provided leadership for over 50 undergraduate and graduate academic programs. Previously, she served at Seattle Pacific University (SPU) as assistant provost and director of the Center for Scholarship and Faculty Development, as professor of psychology, and as assistant professor of management. Simultaneous to her work at SPU, Diddams was a consultant with Microsoft’s IT group and, ultimately, as a full-time employee with the company as senior manager in IT and customer service. Additional academic positions include her work at Columbia University as instructor of organizational behavior.

Diddams is the chair of the board for FAME Arts Education, and also serves as a board member for Impact Latin America and for Common Tone Arts.

Diddams earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Wheaton College, and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University. She and her husband, Stan, are the proud parents of four adult children and a growing number of grandchildren.
