Kelly McNally

Kelly McNally has extensive experience in learning and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Learning & Leadership Development at the University of Notre Dame since April 2002. In this role, Kelly leads a team of consultants to create educational programs tailored to the diverse needs of university staff. Previous positions at the University of Notre Dame include Executive Administrator, where strategic and operational guidance was provided to the University Librarian, and Manager of Financial & Administrative Services, responsible for the financial operations of the Hesburgh Libraries' $26 million budget. Prior to that, Kelly worked as a Library Accountant at Brown County Library, managing its $5.8 million budget, and as an Audit Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
