Sara Kassen

Sara Kassen is an experienced professional in stewardship communications and event management, currently serving as the Director of Stewardship Communications at the University of Notre Dame since October 2021. Prior to this role, Sara worked as a professional freelancer from July 2016 to November 2021 and held multiple positions at the University of Notre Dame from 2007 to 2016, including Director of Special Events & Stewardship and Senior Writer & Editor for Stewardship Programs. Earlier in the career, Sara was the Director of Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations at Holy Cross College and a reporter at WPBN/WTOM 7&4 News. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Alma College.
