Sara Liebscher

Sara Liebscher has extensive experience in university development and athletics advancement. Currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Development and Executive Director of Individual and Family Giving at the University of Notre Dame since August 2002, Sara has led various fundraising efforts, including overseeing athletics fundraising as Senior Director of Athletics Advancement. Prior roles at the University of Notre Dame include Director of Athletics Advancement, where Sara developed strategic plans for athletics fundraising, and Director of Regional Development. Additionally, experience includes serving as Senior Academic Advisor and Associate Head Women's Basketball Coach at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee from 1996 to 2002, and as National Corporate Banking Relationship Manager at PNC Financial Services Group from 1993 to 1996. Sara holds an MBA in Finance from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame, earned between 1991 and 1993, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame from 1987 to 1991.
