Laurent Gagnier

Laurent Gagnier currently serves as a Business Development Manager at the University of Ottawa since January 2018, focusing on business development and alumni relations. Previously, Laurent worked at Canadian Science Publishing from October 2012 to November 2017 as Manager of Global Sales, overseeing the worldwide sales of 20 scientific, peer-reviewed journals. Additional experience includes a consulting role at LJG Consulting, a Zone Director position with the Ontario Lacrosse Association, and management of contracts at IBM Canada. Laurent also held roles in the financial sector as Leasing Manager and Financial Sales Manager at GE Capital. Laurent holds a Professional Certificate in Management Skills from Carleton University and a B.A. Honours in Applied Linguistics.
