John Zachary Mazlish is currently a PhD student in Economics at the University of Oxford, where additional roles include serving as an Atkinson Scholar at the Global Priorities Institute and a research intern at Eisler Capital. Previous experience includes an internship at The World Bank in the East Asia & Pacific Division, focusing on sovereign debt servicing costs, and serving as a research assistant at Brown University for a project on global population trends. Educational background encompasses a BA in Philosophy from Brown University, followed by an MPhil and currently a PhD in Economics at the University of Oxford.
