Kathryn Bezella

Kathryn Bezella is an accomplished higher education administrator with extensive experience in admissions, marketing, and strategic innovation. Currently serving as Vice Dean and Director of Strategy & Innovation at the University of Pennsylvania, Kathryn leads initiatives to enhance Penn Admissions' competitive edge through business model innovation and analytics. Previously, Kathryn held key roles in various institutions, including Vice President of External Affairs at the Curtis Institute of Music and Director of Strategy & Communications at The Wharton School, where efforts focused on improving student experiences and recruitment strategies. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Barnard College and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from The University of Pennsylvania.
