Mahmoud Khalil

Mahmoud Khalil is a doctoral candidate in Neuroscience at the University of Pittsburgh, where research focuses on the Olivocochlear efferent pathway's role in auditory processing. As Chief Executive Officer of Fourth River Solutions, a non-profit consulting firm, Mahmoud oversees strategy and operations while managing teams to deliver impactful solutions for startups. Previous experience includes roles at the National Institutes of Health, where Mahmoud investigated cochlear development, and as an undergraduate research assistant at Colgate University. Mahmoud holds a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Colgate University and is on track to complete a PhD by April 2024.
