Jeffrey Cabral

Vice President For Development at University of Rhode Island

Jeffrey Cabral is currently working as the Vice President for Development at the URI Foundation & Alumni Engagement, where they provide strategic vision, leadership, and managerial oversight to major gifts officers, fundraising officers, and planned giving. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Development in various roles at Brown University, including the New York Program and West Coast Program. Jeffrey also worked as the Director of Development at The New School, where they supervised fundraising teams and managed major gift prospects. Earlier in their career, they held positions at the University of Michigan, Wayne State University, CVS Caremark Corporation, and The Walt Disney Company.

Jeffrey Cabral earned a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University in 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Arts Management at Wayne State University. Jeffrey completed their undergraduate education at Rhode Island College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree.
