Amy McCracken is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as the Associate Dean for Graduate and Executive Programs at the University of Richmond, McCracken has previously held significant roles including Founder of High Five RVA, Chief Advancement Officer and Director of Marketing Communications at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Richmond, and Founding Director of Corporate Work Study/Chief Talent Officer at Cristo Rey Richmond. Additionally, McCracken has experience as Interim Executive Director of Richmond Cycling Corps. McCracken holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Marywood University, earned between 1988 and 1991.
