Lee Anna A. Jackson is an experienced editor and writer currently serving as the Editor for UR Now at the University of Richmond since August 2024. Previous roles include Content Editor and Hiring Manager at Homes.com, managing a writing staff for CoStar Group’s relaunch, and Research Editor/Writer at Yale University Alumni Magazine, where extensive fact-checking and research were conducted using various sources. Jackson's freelance journalism experience spans numerous national publications, focusing on lifestyle and professional development topics, while also contributing to WW on Black women's wellness and writing educational content for institutions like the Baccalaureate School for Global Education and Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth. An alumna of S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications with a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism, Jackson also holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Sarah Lawrence College and an MS in Publishing from New York University.
