Alexis Roig

Alexis Roig 阿雷西 serves as the Chief Executive Officer of SciTech DiploHub, a prominent think-and-do tank in Science Diplomacy, since January 2018. In addition, Alexis holds the position of Barcelona's Chief Science & Tech Envoy, where responsibilities include advancing the city's influence in global science and technology. An Associate Professor at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and IBEI - Barcelona Institute of International Studies, Alexis also engages as an Associate Researcher at CIDOB and UNU-CRIS. Further contributions include serving as Commissioner for International Affairs at the Barcelona Metropolitan Strategic Plan and on the board of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce and Digital Future Society. Alexis is an investor with Itnig Fund and possesses a diverse educational background, including degrees in Business Administration, Computer Science, and various international relations programs.
