Kyle Salazar

Kyle Salazar is an accomplished professional with significant experience in organizational development, program management, and client engagement. Currently serving as Principal at Ripple Technology, LLC and Program Manager at 3PhaseSC, Kyle focuses on the commercialization of innovations and the simplification of the SBIR-STTR grant application process for South Carolina companies. As Associate Director at the University of South Carolina, Kyle previously led partnership development and supported startup companies through accelerator programs. With prior roles at CommonHealth ACTION and UnitedHealth Group, Kyle demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, leadership coaching, and revenue cycle consulting. Kyle holds a Master of Public Administration and a BA in Political Science/International Relations from the University of South Carolina.
