Michelle Gonzalez-Baxcajay

Michelle Gonzalez-Baxcajay is a dedicated and engaged individual currently serving as a MIWIL Tutor for the Opportunity Scholars Program since September 2023. As a member of the USC Women in Business Council, Michelle has contributed significantly to the Mentorship Committee, arranging over 20 mentoring pairings and executing multiple mentorship events. In the Omega Phi Alpha National Service Sorority, Michelle has taken on roles as Service Director and Leadership and Diversity Chair, managing service projects and supporting new members. Previous experiences include serving as a resident assistant, where Michelle enforced housing policies and organized educational programs, as well as internships at Bank of America and participation in various leadership programs. Michelle is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing at the University of South Carolina, expected to graduate in 2025.
