Dr. Srikanth Baride

Dr. Srikanth Baride is a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of South Dakota since November 2024, following a role as a Digital Innovation Engineer in Data Science at Buckman from October 2023 to November 2024, where responsibilities included developing data strategies and fostering innovation. Prior to this, Dr. Baride served as a Doctoral Researcher and Teaching Assistant at the Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi, from January 2016 to December 2023, focusing on data mining algorithms and conducting educational sessions in Distributed Systems. Additional experience includes a Senior Project Fellow role at CSIR-Central Mechanical Engineering Research Institute and positions at Infosys as a System Engineer and System Engineer Trainee. Dr. Baride earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, a Master of Technology from National Institute of Technology Hamirpur, and a Bachelor of Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
