Parker Spitzer

Parker Spitzer is an experienced Application/Business Project Manager and System Application Administrator at the University of South Dakota, a position held since July 2019, where responsibilities include developing reports using IBM Cognos Framework and the Banner Student information system, as well as creating and publishing Power BI reports to analyze staff performance.
