Edwin Serrano is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience across various educational institutions and corporate environments. Currently serving as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist at the University of Southern California, Edwin empowers professionals through strategic learning solutions and has designed over 15 workshops on diverse topics including customer service and leadership development. Previous roles include Corporate Training Specialist at Vallarta Supermarkets, where Edwin designed bilingual leadership seminars, and Senior Resident Director at the University of California, Berkeley, overseeing staff development initiatives. With a background in LGBTQ+ initiatives and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Edwin has demonstrated success in increasing staff engagement and satisfaction rates in training programs, as well as optimizing organizational performance through targeted development strategies.
