Felicia A. Washington

Felicia A. Washington is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the University of Southern California. Felicia has extensive experience in human resources management, having served as the Vice Chancellor for Workforce Strategy, Equity, and Engagement at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as a partner at K&L Gates, LLP.

Washington is known as a champion for diversity and inclusion, and has been instrumental in implementing programs and policies that promote equity and engagement within the workforce. Felicia has also been a leader in compliance with federal and state laws regarding human resources management, equal opportunity, harassment, and discrimination.

Under their leadership, the University of Southern California has become a model for other institutions in terms of its commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the workforce. Washington’s work has helped to create a more positive and productive work environment for all employees, and has contributed to the overall success of the university.

Felicia A. Washington attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they earned a B.A. in Economics. Felicia then attended the University of Virginia School of Law, where they earned a Juris Doctorate. Felicia A. Washington also holds a High School Diploma from the North Carolina School of Science & Mathematics.
