Francesco Cutrale is an accomplished professional in the field of biomedical engineering with a strong academic and entrepreneurial background. Currently serving as an Associate Professor of Research and the Director of Computation and Image Processing at the Translational Imaging Center at the University of Southern California, Francesco has also held positions as CEO and Co-Founder of multiple companies, including ChroMed Corp., PhaseSpec Corp., and Kulia Labs. Previous experience includes the role of CTO and Co-Founder at Kulia Labs and contributions as Assistant Professor of Research at USC. Francesco Cutrale earned a PhD and MS in Biomedical Engineering from UC Irvine between 2009 and 2012.
