Biju Krishna Pillai

Biju Krishna Pillai is an accomplished leader with over two decades of experience in IT service management and operations. Currently serving as a Director at Capgemini since November 2011, Biju specializes in IT Service Integration, Service Management, and ServiceNow, providing strategic advisory and driving initiatives across global clients. A PhD Scholar at the University of Southern Queensland, Biju's research focuses on the convergence of IT service management and information systems. Previously held leadership roles include Assistant General Manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk Group and Vice President at a startup venture, along with project management positions at GE Power and GE Healthcare. Biju holds multiple degrees, including an MBA, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Management Information Systems.
