Mark Poles

Mark Poles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various roles within the fields of management and education. As the Owner of The Shop on the Borderlands since March 2014, Mark curates a premier selection of classic and out-of-print roleplaying games. Mark also serves as a Director at Clare Associates and as a Guest Lecturer in Accounting and Financial Management at the University of St Mark & St John since September 2014. Prior to these roles, Mark held significant positions at KPMG UK as a Senior Manager from 1997 to 2012 and at Kidsons Impey as an Audit Senior from 1994 to 1997. Mark holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Magdalen College, Oxford, completed in 1993, and graduated from St David's Comprehensive School, Wrexham, in 1988.
