Edyta Boyle

Edyta Boyle is a seasoned professional in career development and coaching, currently serving as the Research Staff Career Development Adviser at the University of Strathclyde since August 2023. In this role, Edyta supports research professionals in their career progression and transitions through personalized guidance and tailored courses. Edyta has operated her own coaching business since June 2019, focusing on empowering individuals seeking new job opportunities. Previous experience includes managing career workshops at Edinburgh College, acting as an Employment Adviser at Community Renewal, and developing an employability program for international students with the City of Edinburgh Council. Edyta holds a postgraduate diploma in Careers Guidance and Development from Edinburgh Napier University and a BA in Environmental Protection from the University of Ecology and Management in Warsaw, Poland.
