Graham Paterson

Graham Paterson is an experienced professional in the hospitality and service industries, currently serving as a Non Executive Director at TUCO Ltd since February 2023 and as the Acting Director of Campus Services and Head of Catering and Hospitality at the University of Strathclyde since January 2019. Previous roles include General Manager at Browns Brasserie and Bar (February 2016 - January 2019), Operations Manager at G1 Group PLC (June 2015 - December 2015), and multiple managerial positions at All Bar One and The Living Room Restaurant and Bar from 2008 to 2015.
