Ashley Cave

Ashley Cave currently serves as an Academic Tutor at Newcastle University, focusing on the Low Intensity Psychological Therapies postgraduate programme since September 2022. Concurrently, since December 2015, Ashley has been a Mental Health Advisor at the University of Sunderland, providing support to students with severe mental health challenges. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Officer for UMHAN, promoting wellbeing in higher education, and working as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and Assistant Psychologist at Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust. Ashley began a career in healthcare as a Rehabilitation Assistant at NHS, supporting rehabilitation efforts. Ashley holds a BSc in Psychology (Hons) and a PgCert in Low Intensity CBT from Newcastle University.
