Marian Florescu

Marian Florescu is a highly experienced academic and researcher with a focus in physics, currently holding multiple roles at the University of Surrey since September 2011, including Professor, Director of Surrey Research Compute, and Director of the Research and Innovation Department of Physics. Previously, Marian served as a Research Scholar and Lecturer at Princeton University from September 2007 to August 2011, and worked as a Research Associate at both NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory and National Research Council Canada from September 2003 to August 2007 and September 2002 to August 2003, respectively. Marian earned a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Toronto.
