Ying Zhou

Ying Zhou is a highly experienced academic in Human Resource Management with a career spanning over a decade at the University of Surrey, where positions have included Professor, Reader, Senior Lecturer, and Lecturer since March 2011. Prior to this, Ying Zhou worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Willis Towers Watson from January 2008 to March 2011 and served as a Research Officer at Nuffield College, Oxford from January 2006 to January 2008.
