Anne Pierce

Anne Pierce, Assoc. CIPD, is an experienced professional currently serving as Change Manager at the University of Sussex since March 2023, where responsibilities include managing change activities for a cyber security programme. Previously, Anne held the position of Head of Human Resources and Compliance at Infinity Group UK from June 2016 to March 2022, overseeing the development and execution of strategies in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Information Security. Prior to this, Anne established new Human Resources and Compliance functions as a Human Resources and Compliance Manager. Anne's career also includes experience as a Primary School Teacher across various schools in Kent and Sussex and significant roles at GlaxoSmithKline, where leadership involved directing cross-functional teams and piloting plant productions. Anne holds a Level 3 CIPD Foundation Certificate in HR Practice from West Kent and Ashford College, as well as a Chemistry and Chemical Engineering degree from Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rouen, and a Postgraduate Certificate of Education from Canterbury Christ Church University.
