Kinga Gaál-Lajtos is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in managing international projects and grants. Currently serving as a Project Manager at the University of Szeged since 2019, Kinga leads six international projects totaling 50 million EUR and coordinates teams of 3-10 individuals. Previously, as a Grants Program Manager at the Hungarian State Treasury, Kinga audited 27 municipal projects to ensure the legal use of nearly 700 million HUF of EU funding and contributed to establishing a new Treasury office. Kinga holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Szeged.
