Nefeli Vratsali is an experienced professional in education and asylum case management, currently serving as the Head of the Rhodes Regional Asylum Office and Quality Focal Point Officer at the Ministry of Migration & Asylum since May 2019. Nefeli has also worked as an Asylum Case Officer at the same ministry. In addition, Nefeli is a researcher at the Media Pedagogy Research Group and involved in the Postgraduate Studies Secretariat at the University of the Aegean, where employment has been ongoing since October 2013. Nefeli's prior experience includes a role as an Educator with the Ministry of Culture, Education and Religious Affairs in Greece from September 2005 to June 2012. Nefeli holds a BA in Physics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master's in Education Sciences with a focus on New Technologies, alongside a BA in Primary Education from the University of the Aegean.
