Henry Osborne

Henry Osborne is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical product management and education. Currently serving as Acting Manager and Senior Technical Product Manager at The Jamaica National Group since July 2021, Henry also contributes as an Adjunct Faculty member at Northern Caribbean University and the University College of The Caribbean. Previous roles include Director at Think Tank eSolutions, Technical Services Manager at Contax360 BPO Solutions, and various instructional positions in computer science at Northern Caribbean University and Heart Trust National Training Agency. Henry holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems with a Security Concentration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from Northern Caribbean University. Additional expertise includes curriculum development, mentoring in software design competitions, and managing academic partnerships.
