Alison Mciver

Alison McIver is currently the Director of People and Organisation Development at the University of the West of England. Prior to this role, Alison served as the Deputy Director HR&OD. Alison previously worked at South Gloucestershire Council, where Alison held various HR positions including HR Business Partner and HR Manager. Alison also has experience working at Mothercare as a Resourcing & Training Manager and at WH Smith as a Training & Resourcing Advisor. Alison holds degrees from Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge, and the University of Cambridge.
