P. Tsagaroulis

P. Tsagaroulis, PhD, currently serves as the Director of People Data and Analytics at the University of Virginia, initiating a comprehensive people analytics strategy for UVA HR and UVA Health since September 2024. Prior experience includes leading the behavioral and organizational science practices at SurePeople, directing the people analytics function at Carrier Corporation during its IPO phase, and founding the HR analytics division at the U.S. General Services Administration, where notable excellence in analytics was achieved. P. Tsagaroulis also held positions at UBS Global Asset Management and Allstate, focusing on HR analytics and workforce effectiveness. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Business Psychology with an I/O track and a master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago.
