Victor Tringali EdD CSCS serves as the Employee Wellbeing Lead and Assistant Professor in Public Health Sciences at the University of Virginia since December 2017, focusing on the strategy, design, and administration of health promotion and disease prevention programs for 35,000 employees and dependents. Additionally, Victor co-chairs the Education Collaborative for Health Promotion and Wellbeing, fostering applied research and experiential learning for graduate students. Prior experience includes serving as the Executive Director of University Wellness at Drexel University from June 2010 to May 2016, where oversight of wellness programming was a primary responsibility. As the President and Founder of Great American Fitness Inc. from June 2002 to August 2011, Victor created a successful business with multiple fitness centers and developed specialized fitness programs for diverse populations. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Education in Health and Physical Activity from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from PennWest California, and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Salisbury University.
