Magdalena Cieslak

Magdalena Cieslak, PhD, is an Assistant Professor and Course Leader for the Applied Professional Engineering Programme at the University of Warwick since March 2019, responsible for managing course delivery and collaborating with module leaders and external partners. Concurrently, Magdalena serves as an R&D Specialist at GT Technologies, focusing on the verification of project ideas and research plans. Previous roles include Lecturer at CU Coventry, Research Associate at the University of Birmingham, and Teaching Assistant at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, among others. Magdalena holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering, alongside an MSc and B.Eng. from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, and has extensive experience in research and teaching, with a notable background in biomedical engineering and design.
