Cindy Reichel

Cindy Reichel is a seasoned genomic data scientist currently working at the University of Washington in the UW Biorepository and Integrated Neuropathology Laboratory. As a co-founder of Patchwerks, Cindy actively engages the Seattle synthesizer community through meetups and workshops. Previous roles include Associate Director of Data Science and Data Analytics at Seagen, and Computational Immunologist at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp., where Cindy focused on decoding the human immune system and advancing oncology diagnostics. Cindy's academic background includes a PhD in Genome Sciences from the University of Washington, complemented by a BS in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia, as well as specialized training in machine learning and deep learning.
