Kim Kostka McKay currently serves as the Interim Associate Dean and Professor of Chemistry at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, starting in January 2024. With a longstanding academic career at the University of Wisconsin Colleges and the University of Wisconsin System since 1993, Kim has held the title of Professor of Chemistry. Previously, Kim coordinated the UWC Flexible Option program at the University of Wisconsin Rock County until February 2024. Additionally, Kim has contributed to community service as a Youth Leader for the Rock County 4-H Youth Drama Project from 2010 to 2014 and served on the board of the YWCA Rock County from 2007 to 2013, including time on the Finance Committee. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and advanced studies at Carnegie Mellon University from 1987 to 1993.
