Thomas J. Bittner

Thomas J. Bittner is a seasoned professional in capital planning and project management, currently serving as the Capital Budget and Project Planner for the University of Wisconsin System since January 2002. In this role, Bittner has streamlined infrastructure maintenance project management and contributed to policy and procedure development for campus physical development and capital budgeting. Previously, Bittner worked as the Campus Planning and Construction Manager at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, overseeing numerous capital projects valued between $5K and $12M, and managed facilities programming and design for state and campus projects. Additionally, Bittner served as the Capital Asset Management System Coordinator, playing a key role in the development of software for capital planning initiatives. Bittner holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
