Erica Moroney

Erica Moroney is an experienced professional with a strong background in program management, compliance, and education. Currently serving as Associate Director for Regional Program Operations at URC since August 2016, Erica oversees program management, grants administration, and operational oversight to ensure compliance with donor requirements. Previous roles at URC include Project Administration and Grants Officer, Senior Project Coordinator, and Project Coordinator, where responsibilities ranged from financial support to project implementation. Prior to URC, Erica held administrative and teaching positions at The JBG Companies, Machabeng College, the American International School of Lesotho, and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, along with several advanced degrees and certifications in education and language instruction.
