Natalie Batshon

Natalie Batshon has a strong background in finance and administration. Natalie is currently serving as the Director of Finance and Administration at University Research Co., LLC (URC) & Center for Human Services (CHS) since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a freelance consultant from January 2020 to September 2021 and as a Deputy Director of Finance at the International Rescue Committee from March 2020 to August 2021. Natalie also has experience as a Director of Finance and Administration at Abt Associates from January 2017 to January 2020, and as a Senior Grants Manager at FHI 360 from April 2014 to July 2014. Natalie has held various other roles in organizations such as Luminus Group, International Youth Foundation, The World Bank, and Questscope, where they gained expertise in business development, grants management, and procurement.

Natalie Batshon completed their high school education at Sisters of Nazareth School from 1984 to 1998, earning a High School/Secondary Diploma. Natalie then attended Al-Ahliyya Amman University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a B.A degree in Finance & Banking. Natalie Batshon has not obtained any additional certifications at this time.
