Vice President Commercial Banking At Univest Bank And Trust Co at Univest

Thomas Turnbach has a diverse and extensive work experience in the banking and financial industry. Thomas is currently serving as the Vice President of Commercial Banking at Univest Bank and Trust Co. In this role, their responsibilities include corporate banking, with a focus on commercial loans. Prior to joining Univest, Thomas worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer at the same company.

Before joining Univest, Thomas owned their own business called Turnbach Co., LLC, where they provided financial intermediary and consulting services to businesses, individuals, banks, and credit unions throughout the United States.

Thomas has also held significant roles at The Bancorp, where they served as the Vice President SBA Business Development Officer II. In this position, they were responsible for new business development of SBA loans and represented the bank as the CRA lending liaison for several counties in Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Thomas has also worked at Parke Bank as the Vice President - Commercial Loan Officer, where they created a new SBA Department and process. Additionally, they served as the Vice President - Business Development Officer - SBA Specialist at First Bank Financial Centre (FBFC), responsible for new business development of SBA 7a commercial mortgages.

Prior to that, Thomas held roles at TD Bank as the Vice President, Senior Commercial Loan Officer, and at Conestoga Bank as the President of Private Banking and Senior Vice President / Chief Lending Officer, where they successfully led profitable initiatives and managed commercial loan portfolios.

Thomas has also worked at Firstrust Bank, PNC Bank, and Patriot as a Vice President and Senior Commercial Lender, respectively.

Throughout their career, Thomas has developed a strong expertise in commercial banking, SBA lending, financial analysis, and business development.

Thomas Turnbach attended St. James High School from 1980 to 1984. From 1984 to 1988, they attended Widener University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management.
