Marco Calderon

Marco Calderon has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Marco currently holds the position of Chief of Staff at Unlearn.AI starting from May 2023.

Prior to this, Marco worked at Robinhood from 2017 to 2023, where they held multiple roles including Senior Product Operations Manager, Head of Special Projects for the Chief Creative Officer, Manager of Product Operations, and Product Operations Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for operational program management, employee culture, and ensuring product availability. Marco also played a key role in migrating from Zendesk to Salesforce and leading investigations into operational inefficiencies during outages.

Before joining Robinhood, Marco worked at Avascent from 2012 to 2016. Marco held positions including Analysis Manager, Senior Market Analyst, and Market Analyst. In these roles, they developed and guided analytics products, built data visualizations, and provided market analysis for clients.
