Mike Bollinger

Mike Bollinger currently holds the position of Global Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Cornerstone OnDemand, where responsibilities include internal research and strategy development related to outcome-based goals. In 2020, Mike founded the Cornerstone People Research Lab to explore data-driven insights into contemporary work environments and emerging trends. Prior to this role, Mike served as Global Vice President of Thought Leadership & Advisory Services, overseeing a team of over 30 practitioners across various talent disciplines. Additional experience includes positions at Oracle, SAP, and Eau Claire Schools, with a strong focus on HR transformation, customer strategy, and technology leadership. Mike holds a BA in Business Administration, Management and Operations, from California Coast University and has participated in industry conferences as a speaker and moderator.
